Use these practical checks whenever you buy or sell. NyaDeals does not guarantee a seller, item, service, payment, or transaction.

Before you pay

Inspect goods in person where practical and confirm they match the listing.
Never rely on screenshots as proof that a payment has cleared.
Do not pay advance fees for a viewing, job offer, delivery, or release of funds.
Use a safe public meeting place and tell someone where you are going.

Protect your account

Never share your password, email-verification link, or one-time code.
Keep conversations on-platform and be cautious of urgent requests to move to another service.
Do not publish your home address, identity documents, or financial credentials in a listing or message.
Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices.

Property and vehicle checks

Visit a property and independently confirm the owner or agent has authority to rent or sell it. Consider a qualified local professional to review relevant documents.
Do not pay a viewing or reservation fee before independently confirming the property and the person receiving funds.
For a vehicle, inspect it with an independent mechanic and compare identifying details with original records before paying.

Jobs and product authenticity

Verify an employer and role independently; be cautious of application, interview, placement, training, or visa-processing fees.
For electronics and branded goods, inspect the product and check serial or IMEI details with a manufacturer or independent qualified source where available.
Photos, labels, receipts, and seller statements are not proof that an item is genuine. NyaDeals does not authenticate products or verify job offers.

Services and appointments

Provider profiles, training, credentials, coverage, availability, and appointment-linked reviews may be self-reported; they are not proof of a professional licence or independent quality check.
Before work starts, confirm the scope, qualifications, materials, total price, timing, and cancellation terms directly with the provider.
An appointment proposal, completion confirmation, or public review is not proof of attendance, payment, safety, or service quality.

Rental requests and handover

A seller's acceptance of requested dates is not a confirmed booking, payment, or guaranteed handover. Reconfirm availability, total cost, deposits, return condition, and late/cancellation terms in writing.
Inspect the item and agree on its condition at handover and return. Do not send a deposit solely because an online calendar or request shows dates as accepted.
Meet in a suitable public place where practical, tell someone about the handover, and report suspicious payment or identity requests.

See a problem?

Use the private report controls on the relevant listing, seller profile, or conversation. Block an account if you do not want further contact. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team; if you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Find a listing to report
